CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nellis Beauty Bar, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized and relaxing experience. To respect the time of both our clients and our esthetician, we kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client and helps maintain the high level of service we strive to provide. Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the service cost. By booking an appointment with Nellis Beauty Bar, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
